Ingredients

  • 1½ lbs boneless, skinless chicken breast or thighs

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • 3 cloves garlic, minced

  • 2 tbsp honey

  • 1 tbsp soy sauce or coconut aminos

  • 1 tsp apple cider vinegar

  • 2 cups mixed vegetables (broccoli, carrots, bell peppers)

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

Step 1: Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.


Step 2: Season chicken with salt and pepper, then cook until lightly browned.


Step 3: In a small bowl, whisk garlic, honey, soy sauce, and vinegar.


Step 4: Pour sauce over chicken and add vegetables.
