We appreciate your patience and understanding as a small business working with multiple production and shipping partners.

Order Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days.

  • Some items are made to order, printed on demand, or fulfilled by third-party partners, which may require additional processing time.

  • During high-volume periods (holidays, sales, or special launches), processing times may be extended.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed and a separate email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Timeframes

Estimated delivery times after processing:

  • Standard U.S. Shipping: 5–10 business days

  • International Shipping: 10–20 business days (varies by destination and customs processing)

If your order includes items fulfilled by different vendors, products may ship separately and arrive at different times.

We currently ship within the United States and to select international destinations. Available shipping options will be shown at checkout.

Payment Methods

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, tracking details will be emailed to the address provided at checkout.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Delays & Carrier Responsibility

While we work closely with our fulfillment partners, delivery delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  • Carrier delays

  • Weather conditions

  • Customs inspections

  • High order volume

Paper Pleasures Goods & More is not responsible for delays once a package has been handed over to the carrier, but we are always happy to assist with tracking inquiries.

Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by

their country. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost.
