About the Recipe

Greek Yogurt Berry Parfaits are one of the most searched healthy desserts thanks to their simplicity, nutrition, and versatility. They’re perfect as a light dessert, snack, or even breakfast.

Ingredients

  • 1½ cups plain Greek yogurt

  • 1 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)

  • 1–2 tbsp honey or maple syrup

  • ¼ cup granola or chopped nuts

  • Optional: vanilla extract or cinnamon

Preparation

Step 1: In a bowl, lightly sweeten Greek yogurt with honey or maple syrup.


Step 2: Add a layer of yogurt to serving glasses.


Step 3: Add a layer of berries and granola or nuts.


Step 4: Repeat layers and finish with berries on top.


Step 5: Serve immediately or chill for later.
