Ingredients
6 bone-in, skin-on or skinless chicken thighs
2 cups fresh green beans, trimmed
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp dried thyme
1 tsp dried rosemary
½ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
Optional: lemon wedges for serving
Preparation
Step 1: Preheat oven to 400°F (205°C). Line a baking dish or sheet pan.
Step 2: Pat chicken thighs dry and place them in the baking dish. Add green beans around the chicken.
Step 3: Drizzle olive oil over chicken and green beans. Sprinkle with thyme, rosemary, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Step 4: Roast uncovered for 35–40 minutes, until chicken is cooked through and skin is lightly crispy.
Step 5: Remove from oven and rest for 5 minutes. Serve with lemon wedges if desired.
