This Quinoa Asparagus Feta Arugula Salad Bowl is fresh, nourishing, and packed with flavor. It’s a popular clean-eating dish that works beautifully as a light meal, side, or customizable bowl with added protein.

Ingredients
1 cup cooked quinoa (cooled slightly)
1 bunch asparagus, trimmed and cut into pieces
2 cups fresh arugula
½ cup crumbled feta cheese
¼ cup cherry tomatoes, halved (optional)
2 tbsp olive oil
Juice of ½ lemon
1 clove garlic, minced
Salt and pepper to taste
Optional: toasted almonds or sunflower seeds
Preparation
Step 1: Cook quinoa according to package instructions and set aside to cool slightly.
Step 2: Lightly steam or sauté asparagus in a skillet with a small drizzle of olive oil for 3–5 minutes, until tender but still bright.
Step 3: In a small bowl, whisk olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, salt, and pepper to make the dressing.
Step 4: In a large bowl, combine quinoa, asparagus, arugula, and cherry tomatoes if using.
Step 5: Drizzle with dressing and gently toss to combine.
Step 6: Top with crumbled feta cheese and optional nuts or seeds before serving.
