About the Recipe
A dreamy swirl of silky chocolate goodness, this vegan mousse is light, airy, and blissfully indulgent. Whipped from simple plant-based ingredients, it’s the perfect little moment of magic for your dessert table.

Ingredients
1 can (13.5 oz) full-fat coconut milk or coconut cream (chilled overnight)
1 cup dairy-free chocolate chips or chopped dark chocolate
1–2 tbsp maple syrup (optional, for sweetness)
1 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
Preparation
Step 1
Scoop the thick coconut cream from the top of the chilled can into a bowl. (Leave the watery part behind.)
Step 2
Melt the chocolate in the microwave (20-second intervals) or using a double boiler until smooth.Let it cool slightly so it’s warm but not hot.
Step 3
Using a hand mixer, whip the coconut cream until fluffy. Add maple syrup and vanilla if using.
Step 4
Slowly pour in the melted chocolate while mixing until a thick mousse forms.Spoon into cups and chill for at least 1 hour before serving.
