These Vegan Peanut Butter Banana Oat Bars are a simple, wholesome dessert or snack made with pantry staples. Naturally sweet and filling, they’re perfect for busy days and mindful eating.

Ingredients
2 ripe bananas, mashed
1 cup rolled oats
½ cup natural peanut butter
2 tbsp maple syrup
1 tsp vanilla extract
½ tsp cinnamon
Pinch of salt
Optional: dark chocolate chips or chopped nuts
Preparation
Step 1: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking pan.
Step 2: In a bowl, mix mashed bananas, peanut butter, maple syrup, and vanilla.
Step 3: Stir in oats, cinnamon, and salt until combined.
Step 4: Spread mixture evenly into prepared pan.
Step 5: Bake for 18–22 minutes until set. Cool before slicing.
